About Restaurant

Freshly churned, delicious and low-fat Italian ice creams without any gelatine and without eggs, in various flavours, by Café @ Blu, known by the brand name Artisinal Cremalato !!

These are premium, gourmet Italian ice creams, in 32 hand-picked flavours (at the time of writing: February 2022 - it keeps changing) !! These Italian ice creams or 'cremalatos' are intensely flavoured with the pure ingredients, are low on fat, and are freshly churned !! These are churned with milk, cream and flavours !! Check the menu above for flavours !!

There is limited seating at the ice cream parlour, but you have the option of take-away or ordering deliveries (3rd party) !!

These are also available at the main restaurant Café @ Blu adjoining this Artisinal Cremalato parlour or the other Cremalato parlour in Saket !!
