The cold wave in the city is going to have the mesmerizing aroma of Bengali Food at Bengali Food Festival for the next three days !! The festival would feature, chefs from Kolkata who would prepare traditional Bengali dishes for the residents of the city !! In fact, most of the ingredients have also been brought from West Bengal to retain the authentic Bengali taste for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food !!
There would be 20 stalls put up, 12 for non-vegetarian food, 3 for sweets and desserts and the rest for vegetarian food !! Chefs would prepare authentic Bengali fish dishes like Bhetki, Chingri, Hilsa and Rahu !! There would also be a range of original Bengali sweets like Paesh, Labang Latika, Nolen Gur-er Sandesh, Patali Gur etc !!
